If it's a result of the toe getting smashed and then turing black and blue, it just takes time till the nail grows out. It will be months till the whole nail grows out, but you can't do anything else, so you just have to wait.Blood under the big toe nail? the way i wood always do it, is take a really small drill bit, i mean REALLY small, and just twist it on the nail where the blood is, while your watchin TV or readin. ya dont feel anything, and when the bit gets threw the nail, the blood pressure is released and ur finger/toe wateva feels better

its just a matter of time my sister slammed my finger in a locker and then it got all bloody and looked discusting and then all the blood got out and then my finger nail falled off. :( it isn't as disucting as it sounds.
Time.. wait until it grows out.. Or... poke through your toenail with a pin. it will come out that way too. It relieves the pressure and therefore less pain.
it just takes time for those things to go away um mine under my fingernail took like 2 months and hurt like heck till then
