In all my time of keeping fish I have never had any trouble with funguses.
Just a few thoughts. Did you cut your finger? What else have you done that might contribute to this problem.
macIs it at all possible to get nail fungus from a dirty fish tank?
Can't say I've ever had nail fungus, and my fingers have been in lots of fish tanks.
