so i have a couple of shoes that are so small but i wear them anyway cause they look nice with my outfit well anway i have had puss in my toes for weeks now cause when i use a nail clipper i used to cut of the whole nail now i have puss in the side of my toes i tried using a sewing needle to poke a hole and squeeze it out but it hurts too much so what should i do ?Is it the shoes the nail clipper or just mY stupidness?
Its most likely an ingrown toenail starting out make sure to soak it in hot qwwater before it gets worst whatever you do do not wear shoes that are too smal for you this is the cause of ingrown toenails. If it gets worst go tyo the doctors.Is it the shoes the nail clipper or just mY stupidness?
sounds like your toe is infected. The best thing to do is wash your feet all the time and your shoes! if there is oder in your shoe that means there is bacteria which will not help your infected toe. Next thing to do is to put some rubbing achohol on a face cloth and gently rub it on the puss. Rubbing achohol will kill all the bacteria. It will sting, but thats how you know its working. Then go to cvs. they sell creams there that will help with the infection. Sometimes these things take months to go away (considereing you cut your whole toenail off which was...um..stupid), but the damage has been done
it will go away eventually if you follow my instructions
my mom who is a nurse just told me all of this
Well, for starters, give those shoes that are too small away and buy only properly fitting shoes in the future. You probably have ingrown toenails from cutting the nails too short and then squeezing your feet into the too small shoes. Soak your feet in warm water and leave them out of shoes for the most part. Quit trying to poke holes in them, it won't really help matters and can make them worse. If you must relieve the pressure, soak the feet in warm water and use a needle you sterilized first in either alcohol or with fire. Just poke the hole and let it drain itself, no squeezing. Keep your feet in sandals in the meantime, and don't cut the toenails anymore. Stay away from the nailpolish as well. Let the nails grow out until you can feel the edge even with the tip of the toe- and don't cut them shorter than that. You managed to put together the recipe for ingrown and infected toenails- wearing too small shoes, and cutting the nails too short. So now you know better. Cute shoes are not worth the misery if they don't fit properly. Fashion should not entail inflicting damage to your body. Dump the shoes, and let the toenails grow out, and you should have no further problems.
it is probably infected. soak them in hot water and put anitbacterial on it. do you have rubbing alcohol? put that on it after soaking it. do that 2 a day and see if it helps. once it is all puss-free, put neosporin on it to make sure it heals without causing another infection.
It's probably an ingrown toenail. Go see a doctor.....and he will tell you to GET SHOES THAT FIT!!
um.
strange.
hasnt your parents taught you to;
NOT POKE HOLES IN YOUR TOES!
WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!
go see a doctor. if he doesnt help or your scared, you should go to someone that gives pedicures or go to a pediatrician.
hope yout toe gets better.
