the first thing you should do is take your dog to the animal hospital,the second thing you should do is call animal control in you're area,the third thing you should do is carry some Mace with you for pretencion for you and your friend,the last thing you should do is keep your dog away from the place he was attacked it will trigger bad things for him,walk him in a different location so he gets the feelings of security,and confidence back but most important';give him a lot of love right now because he will never trust humans fully ever again.Somebody hit my dog with a stick with a nail on it in her head do someone have any suggestion what i can do?
Bring her to the vet ASAP!
And your wasting time here ......Why??????? Go to VET!!!!!!! Then call cops.

WHAAAT??? Well, if she`s not DEAD yet, and she`s bleeding a lot, TAKE HER TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY!!! Also, if you know who did this, sue him/her immediately. It is against the law to harm animals.
