Is it bad if your toe nail stops growing?

I had a bunionectomy on this toe in Oct. 2005, and it has never really felt right since. The doctors say that it did heal though. After I had my a baby in September 2006, the toe nail stopped growing. I haven't hit it or injured it either. Very odd problem, huh!Is it bad if your toe nail stops growing?
Toenails keep on growing after we die. Therefore, you are worse than dead. Other than that, no big deal!Is it bad if your toe nail stops growing?
Toe nails usually grow slower than other nails, it might be growing but growing too slow so it seems like its not growing at all.
