You can't ';get it out';.
You need to re-finish the dresser, because the Nail Polish remover most likely started to soften and remove the original finish on the dresser.
There is no Nail Polish remover-remover.I got nail polish remover on my dresser. What should I do to get it out ?

You can try a non-acetone remover, but try it on the back of a drawer or something where you can't see it first. You may have to carefully sand it off and use wood polish over the area where it dripped. Since I don't know if your wood was just stained, or if it was sealed with polyurethane, it's hard to say. If there isn't very much, you might be better off just leaving it alone or you could just make things worse.
Nail polish remover is a solvent, it will dissolve the paint or varnish. If it's paint, you will need to strip the rest of the paint off, and re-paint. If it's varnish you could use solvent to spread the remaining varnish over the stripped spot. just dip a brush in the solvent and spread the finish out evenly over the whole surface again and let dry(I recommend doing this outside.)
