How much would it hurt if I hamerd a steel nail through my hand?

I would imagine that it would be quite painful. Especially, because there is very little tissue mainly in that area. Any body part that does not have alot of tissue mass or muscle and over its' bony areas of the body, tend to be more painful. Why would even even ask such a question ?? None of my business but, based on your question, you want feedback as to how painful this may be. Well, very painful ! Please, do NOT attempt such a thing !!How much would it hurt if I hamerd a steel nail through my hand?
Try nailing your cap to your head.....DipstickHow much would it hurt if I hamerd a steel nail through my hand?

don't know, why don't you ty it and then let us know how much it hurt,as for your comment about childbirth it might be natural but it doesn't mean it doesn't bloody hurt like hell, but it's a pain that's forgotten,i bet if you hammered a nail through your hand you wont forget it as easily ha ha
...lol.
Ask Jesus.
what are you thinking?you can't be serious and if you are ,you've got problems.
dime bar!!
I would say that you might not feel it at all because if your dumb enough to actually do it....then you probabally dont have a brain to even register the pain.
Dude trust me it doesn't hurt, it feels good. Try it, I guarantee it will feel good because you don't have any nerve receptors on the inside of your hand. Only the skin will hurt, but only for like 2 seconds. It will feel orgasmic, trust me.

EDIT: And then post it on Youtube.
Let us know when you have tried it!! Bet it doesn't hurt as much as giving birth

EDIT: Yeah it is natural for women to give birth but I hate it when men go on about pain - it is also natural for people to get flu but jesus when a man gets flu it's like he is the only one who is ill and spends the whole time moaning!! - be a man and just hammer the bloody nail through your hand
think it would hurt
Go on give it a few bangs and come back and tell us , because WE ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER .
pain doesnt exsist its all in your head but im guessin it would hurt pretty bad

I cut my dogs nail a little to close so now it is bleeding what should I do?

If you happen to trim your dog's nails too short and they begin to bleed, you have cut the quick. Don鈥檛 feel too bad though; even veterinarians and experienced groomers accidentally cut the quick on a dog's nails from time to time. If this happens, the nail will bleed a lot but it is not a serious injury. Use cotton swabs or balls to apply pressure to the nail to help stop the bleeding if your dog will allow it. Cutting your dog's nails too short will be painful for him and may cause him to distrust you in future nail trimming sessions. If you cut the quick, it鈥檚 a good idea to stop trimming the rest of the nails and give your dog some time to recover.I cut my dogs nail a little to close so now it is bleeding what should I do?
this happened to me. we didn't watsh the blood out of the nail and her toenail was a red blackish color. so make sure you wash it out.I cut my dogs nail a little to close so now it is bleeding what should I do?
You should learn how to cut his nails properly. Here's a few tips:

1. Make sure you know were the quick is. The quick is the skin underneath a dog's nail. If you cut through that, that's what makes the nails bleed.

2. If you dog likes to wiggle, have someone hold him/her for you when you cut.

If none of these work try taking him/her to the groomers or your local vet. Hope you have more success!
Apply pressure so it can clot - and take note of how easy it is to do this.
I always had good luck with flour .I would just keep dipping his foot into flour untill it stops the bleeding and dont wash it off or the bleeding will start up again I always would do that and sometimes I would put a baby sock on my dogs foot but there is no need to go that far
Got any styptic powder? This is what we groomers %26amp; most Vets use when this happens. Apply it to the tip of the nail. The bleeding will stop immediately. You bf 9r hubby may have this if he shaves.
If you have a bar of soap, scrape the dog's nail over the soap which will ';plug'; it up. Try not to let the dog get too excited as this will increase it's heart rate causing the nail to bleed even more.
You should take it to a vet
put some flour on it. It should stop the bleeding
often it resolves itself. try cornstarch, flour...it is always best to have some styptic powder from the pet store on hand for these things. if really bad, you might have to plunge into ice water to get the quick to shrink back and then apply pressure.

You want to handle your dogs paws a lot besides just nail cutting so they don't always associate that with pain. Take off just the very tips for awhile. If the nail is transparent, you can see the pink quick and know not to go that far.

If worse comes to worse and they get too long, bring them to the vet for a deeper trim - don't create that trauma at home.
Get some flour and put it on the tips of your dogs nails to help clot the blood and stop the bleeding.
Dip the tip of the nail in some flour or cornstarch, this will help stop the bleeding.
Its ok ,just put rub Salt on his nail . You dog will be Fine.

  • It hurts when I do footbath with vinegar (nail fungus), is it normal?

I don't need another home recipe, I just wnat to know whether it's normal that my skin around my toenails (maybe it's my toe nails) hurt when I am doing a footbath with white vinegar. I diluted with water (half/half).

I got rid of nail fungus with vinegar once so I stick to that but this time it's worse. Should I stop?

It's like it's burning my skin... I mean more like when you have a cut and you disinfect it with alcohol, well it hurts like that.

thanks for answering! It hurts when I do footbath with vinegar (nail fungus), is it normal?
    Well thats exactly whats happening!

Vinegar acts very similar to disinfecting liquids!

The burning sensation is the vinegar cleaning out all the germs that have been causing your nail fungus.

BUT. It actually should'nt be extremely painful.

If it is I'd consult a doctor or maybe somebody at a pharmacy to question them about this technique. Describe to them exactl what it is you feel when you use your recipe. If they advise against it, I'd follow their opinion! Sometimes alcohol disinfection can cause more damage than what the nail fungus has already done. If anything their are alot of moderately cheap products out there that you can use and get cleaner, less painful, and more effective results.

hope i helped. It hurts when I do footbath with vinegar (nail fungus), is it normal?
Foot torture for no success. It is mold not germs in your nail bed under nail and medicine can't reach it. Real medicine, applied for a year after a surgeon removes toenails, does not work very well. Any fungus that is gone will come back after you think you are done,

I believe the treatment using vinegar is only to put a couple of drops at the base of each nail twice a day...NOT to soak or footbath the entire foot.

    ';If an individual with onychomycosis (toenail fungus) will fill a dropper bottle with the cheapest distilled vinegar from the grocery store (do not use good vinegar that has not been distilled) and put 2 drops of the vinegar at the growing base of the affected nail every night and morning, within a few months, normal nail will begin to show at the base of the nail.';
