Unless your doctor has recommended any specific vitamin supplement you are wasting your money.
Our body benefits more from nutrients in natural foods than in any synthetic ones,
That goes for antioxidants and selenium too.
If you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit, vegetables, pulses,seeds and nuts, some protein and a little fat you shouldn't need expensive vitamin plus tablets.Has anyone used Perfectil (vitamins for skin hair and nails) ? Is it effective and how much?
I've read/learned the best thing for skin,hair,and nails are prenatal vitamins.
